Awesome! I was at the trailhead for this arch but changed my mind. Maybe next time. Great shot!

Sharon Seaward replied:

Thanks Ricky! To the left of the arch is a valley with trains running through. If you're lucky or have a lot of time to wait around you might catch one. I have another image in the Southwest collection that shows the train.

About Sharon Seaward

Sharon Seaward

Hiking in New Hampshire's White Mountains inspired my passion for photography. The beauty and serenity of the landscape renews the spirit and photography allows me to capture that beauty and share it with others. My travels have led me to many popular destinations as well as some that are "off the beaten path". I currently reside in the beautiful lakes region of NH. My images have been used by Coed Sportswear, Ristorante Massimo, Portsmouth Hospital, Outside Magazine, and R. Ann Rousseau for the cover of her novel "Portsmouth A Love Story".
